A child with 2 US permenant resident parents?
My child, wife and I and US permenant residents. I am now in the process of filling for citizenship using the N-400 for myself and for my wife. What form should i use for my child who is 15 years old? I was told to use the N-600, but it seemed like one of the requirments on that form was to have a US citizen parent, which is not the case here. need help ASAP.

A failure to communicate?
http://www.ksby.com/global/story.asp?s=6... "MEXICO CITY (AP) - The closure of an American-run railroad in Mexico stranded thousands of U.S.-bound Central American migrants near the Guatemala border. Many have been deported today by immigration officials. Some migrants tried to walk hundreds of miles to the next working rail line. Others -- with no money or provisions -- turned themselves in to Mexican authorities. The government this week sent federal police and soldiers to clear out the migrants, who for decades have hopped freight cars on the Chiapas-Mayab railway. In late July, Connecticut-based Genesee & Wyoming withdrew from a 30-year concession to operate the line. Central American migrants continued to stream into the area. Thousands were camped along rail lines -- waiting for trains." What do you think?

A Fair American Immigration System..?
Of course there are other things in immigration policy. This is just a start for thinking. Here is my idea: All of the American countries and Greenland when it is independant from Danmark have an immigration agreement for their citizens to each other. We give priority to these classes:

A few questions about k-1 visa petition?
i've been reading information about filing a petition for fiance and some of the instructions given are vague..one of the instructions i wanted to know more about is the instruction about providing evidences that i've known and met my fiance for at least two years..what evidences would be best to prove that? letters? pictures? Original statements are requested from both my fiance and i stating we want to get married..is this in handwriting or computerized? also ive encountered requests for a#: or alien number (in the petition forms) is this the same as the Alien Certificate of registration number (ACR#:)? because that's what i have for staying in the philippines with a 13G status. A foreign live-in maid?
My fiance and I are building our own home in the not so distant future, and with a large house and hopefully a large family, I might need a little help. We were thinking of a live in maid and with the problems in the Phillipines, plus the notriety of how resepctful and helpful these maids really are, AND that so many speak fluent English, it got me to thinking- Why not find a Filipino maid? But the big question is- where do I find one? Btw, alot of people hire foreign live in maids because they are cheap labor and easy to control. This is not the case with me. She (and any other family with her) have 2 bedrooms dedicated to them, their own kitchen, health and dental care, the works. And I'm not wanting them to do all the work for me, just help me do it myself.
