2 different nationalities getting married?
My boyfriend and I are expecting a baby. He is English, I am American. We want to get married so that I can move to London with him, but the fiancee visa process, plus the marriage visa and whatever else we'd need... it's all so very expensive in a time where we are trying to save as much money as possible. Is it possible for him to come over to the US and marry me without needing a visa to do so? If not, where should we go? It is not possible to go to London and get married without a visit to marry visa or a fiancee visa, so that option is out.

221g(administrative study) can I follow this up?
I petitioned my wife and my daughter a couple of months ago in Manila. They got 221g. I sent them all the documents needed. The consular officer said that I was refused for an H1 Visa 7 years ago. Then last year there was a company who petitioned me again, luckily I got a visa. Is there any chance of them be granted a visa? i want to be with my family even for a short time. Can I send a letter in the consular office in manila? Coz I want to know the status of their application and if they really gonna call my wife for re-interview... Please help..
