18 yr old with immigration question?
Hi everyone! So I'm 18 and I want to be a US Marine! It's my dream to join and be a linguist. And get a degree in Interational Relations & Political Science and work at a US Embassy one day.The thing stopping me from fulfulling my goals is that I wasn't born in the US... I was brought here by my mom when I was 2 months old because my mom knew she couldnt support me with what she was being paid in Mexico and her family lived here.I have always considered myself an American because I only lived 2 months in Mexico and I didnt know I was born there till I was 16.Now, I'm being punished for something I didnt do and it doesn't seem fair.I have always been a good student and a model citizen and I just want to better the world. I want to know if there is anything I can do to apply for my residency without having to leave to a country I dont know anything about...I cant even speak good spanish. I know I might get some mean responses but i thank in advance anyone who answers<333
