Anyone else thinks it sucks that as Americans we have to "press 1 for English" our own home language?.
I was in a Lowes building supply store the other day and for every English sign, no matter how big or small there is an accompanying Spanish language sign...Now I know how the Canadians feel when everything up there is in two languages, English and French...What is up with our traiterous government leaders??

Anyone from the UK living in America now?
How do you like life over there compared to back home? I have dual citizenship but have spent all my teenage and adult years in London, sometimes I consider moving back because of cost of living being so high here, but certain things worry me- namely health care costs, the conservative extremists, the significantly lower paid holiday allowance... So I'm just wondering how people who have done this feel, what the pros and cons were for you... anything that might help me make up my mind really!

I have been working on a simple guide for people on how to apply for and get an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) from the IRS so that they can file tax returns and be able to take legitimate deductions. With an ITIN and a 1040 they can also declare income and prove that they pay taxes. An ITIN is for people who can't get a SSN. I wanted to try to write a very short and simple how-to guide because the process for applying for an ITIN can be very frustrating and the IRS instructions are long and confusing. I know this from experience! But I will need help with translating to Spanish and with making it available to everyone who wants it for free. I would also be happy if you can help me by reading it and giving advise on how to improve the English writing. Thank you :)
