Advice pls?
I met my fiance while living in Greece(he is Tanzanian and i am English). We lived togeather there for 2 years. I am now back home in England while he is home in Tanzania-i have been over 4 times in the past year. I am going over again in September and he is applying then for a UK visa. We have a problem though i think--during his time in Greece, he spent 3 months in prison on cannabis charges(wrong place,wrong time).That was 2 years ago.

I want to know how i can get a copy of the affidavit of support my husband signet for me. we are in divorce and he doesnt want to give me one copy. All he want is to "wash his hands" and don't assume his responsibilities that he brought me in this country and now i don't have any help. Against illegal aliens?
For everyone against illegal aliens, I have a question. I'm not saying I'm for or against them, I want to consider all viewpoints and formulate an opinion. So, here's my question. If we don't legalize the illegal workers, who is going to pay for our retirement? We are now paying social security contributions so that the baby boomers (and older) can enjoy a nice comfortable retirement, but we have no hope of this for ourselves as there are not enough younger workers to support our retirement. The wild card in all this is the illegals. If they were made legal, then they and their children (and they tend to have more children than average) would be paying into the system for years to come, funding our retirement. As things are, illegals don't contribute to social security. Could legalizing the illegals be the solution to the social security funding crisis? I'm a legal immigrant, and realize this is an inflammatory issue! My question takes a practical, not ethical, viewpoint.

All of the steps to become an citizen?
Let's say your parents came from mexico to be more successful and they have children here. Is it true the more you make a year the more likely you become a citizen?Then let's say your parents both own a business each (meaning two) and they bring in a income of, say 300,000 a year? If it is true the more successful you are the more likely to become a citizen, and you already filed papers and paid, but you still get "rejected" or however you call it. Can you still become a citizen? And can you explain the steps?
