i have adopted a baby boy and would like to bring him with me to the United States. my question is how long would it take before i can bring him with me to the u.s. and would my baby go through the same process as my wife's petition? thanks

About F2 in case of split up?
Hi! I am a student (F1 visa) in this country and I am planning to get divorced, but for family's issue I am not able to do it officially. My husband has a f2 visa and his I20 (connected with my I20) and he is im my home country. I am finishing the Associate Degree in the end of the fall semester and I would like to know if there is any way to stop him to come to America without an official divorce. I was wondering if I take him out of my I20 and apply for OPT, could him get into this country? Is there anyway to add him after I apply? (Because my family will force me to have him here and I wanna do something I cant come back.) Thanks so much,

i have a friend who filed a petition for his wife two years ago. my friend's father offered to help and use his immigration lawyer friend. the petition was supposed to have been filed and the lawyer told so that he filed and processed the petition after waiting for almost a year only for my friend to find out that none of it was true and no petition was filed. what should my friend do? should he file a case?

how difficult is it to find a job for a recent nurse graduate who just past the board exam and who has no work experience? also. do high school students with no work experience and are new in the u.s. always have to start working at Mc Donnal's? aren't there any office jobs that a high school student would qualify for even without work experience? thanks

hello. a friend of mine has adopted a child and now he is legaly hers and his under both their names as parents. the father wants to bring the kid to the U.S. How should he file a Petition? would filing be the same procedure as filing for wife Petition? He is an American married to a Filipina. And the kid is also Filipino. Whats forms should he file for? Thanks

People love to bring up that the United States was stolen and that we all are immigrants with no right to keep out illegals. I don't understand. The U.S. was stolen, but we stole it and its ours. Our tax dollars keeps this country thriving. If we don't do anything about illegals, the U.S. is going to turn into a shi t hole . What do you think would be the best solution to prevent illegal immigration?
