They are putting some sort of amnesty in all their bills, we the people need to be heard again. I don't understand the reasoning.
politicians make me sick. None of the law makers have to live in a low income area dealing with illegal aliens on a daily basis, so what do they care? Their children are attending private schools in gated communities, they never have to wait in a hospital, they have body guards to ensure their safety. The debts they accumulate is left for the law abiding younger generation to repay. Democrats appeal to far left liberals and idiots.

as for , Rep. Steve Israel (D-N.Y.) statement, "This is not the time to delay "This is not the time to walk out." The Dems defended fillerbusters, they shouldn't complain about Republican delay tactics for the same reason.
I can't see a REASONABLE reason for the Democrats to be agaisnt the amendment. DId they even try to explain their position.

It is sad that it has come to the point that legislators are outraged when an insert goes into a bill that assures that the money is spent legally.
