A friend that enter the U.S with a visa B1 and over stayed?

i have a friend from Chile he overstayed here he has a visa B1 but over stayed he was about 12 years old with his family, however his parents never used welfare, or anything like that, in fact they are tax payers, his family including him have an IRS and they give money to numerous organizations etc. is there a way i can help him.

Answers:

How long do you have to wait for papers?

NO. There is nothing you can do for him.

He needs to return home now. ILLEGAL is ILLEGAL.

The longer he stays here as an ILLEGAL, the harder it will be for him to ever receive a benefit later on.

Sorry I cannot be of more help, but my heart lies with those who play by the rules.

By the way, for immigration purposes, the definition of a CHILD is unmarried under the age of 21. The term minor means under the age of 18 unless emancipated. Some people answer who do not have all of the facts.

Will my visa get denied if i have a tattoo?

How old is he? If he's a minor (which usually means 21 under immigration law, but might be 18 for this purpose), he's not guilty of any violations of the law, but he should probably talk to a lawyer if he wants to stay.
