Sponsor my wife to Canada?
I'm sixteen years old and got married in India and my wife is also sixteen years old. Can I sponsor her now or do I have to wait until I'm eighteen years old. Please no dissing, had enough of that already. Just trying to find out my rights and by the way my mom was not in agreement with this. But as she stated she does not want to lose me, so I kind of forced her to agree. I really miss my wife and want her here with me. Thanks for all answers.

Yes you do have to be 18 years old. Sponsoring someone to come to Canada is a legal contract. And, in Canada, you must be 18 years or older to sign a legal contract.Sorry, you will have to wait until you are 18 yrs old.
