Yes, really. It happens all the time. That misplaced trust is why we have hundreds of thousands of deportation fugitives on the loose today. Why not hand him and his mother over to the Mexican government and let them pay for his care, why should we allow him to remain and decide if and when he wants treatment. He and his mother are going to be allowed to remain in the area and get treatment. If they are illegals how are they going to support themselves, are know we are going to provide for his health care, are we going to support them as well. Not to worry, both will be gone long before the two years are up, but not to Mexico, to another USA cityWhy do we protect people here unlawfully more than we protect citizens?
You know if this guy was a Legal US Citizen they'd jail him and keep the guy in isolation.
The reason for all the hoopla surrounding this fellow was because it was speculated that he was carrying a very resistant strain of tb, it was later found out that he was carrying a more common form that can be treated, maybe that's why they let him go. Personally, I don't agree that they let him go simply because I belive he needs to be deported, he shouldn't be our problem!

The ACLU says it's against rights to keep people from knowingly infecting others with diseases thats why he is not being held anymore. It's just, laws being upheld is all no big deal. I'm sure he'll be there on time or they can pick him up at the hospital if things get bad for him but he'll be there.
