I've seen it dozens of times. and when they are to the point they won't be deported -- they dump your azz.
Have you be there to run into her in individual? That's the first step. There's no way around it.
Step 2, you come spinal column and file Form I-129F near the Citizenship and Immigration Service. This form is an application for her to get a fiancee visa.
When you record the visa application you'll have to document your relationship. You'll necessitate air strip tickets, hotel receipts, letters, pictures, phone bills, emails and anything else you can come up next to to prove there's an ongoing relationship between the two of you.
You'll also have to document your income. You call for to be earning around $17,500 a year in direct to "sponsor" her visa. If you don't earn enough you'll own to get your parents or a brother or sister to be a cosponsor.
It will bring about a year, and here will be some more paperwork along the way, but eventually she'll be required to embezzle a physical exam and be interviewed by an American consular officer at the US embassy in Manila.
If approved she'll be issued the visa. Once she comes to the USA you've get 90 days in which to catch married.

If you want to do this right, it takes YEARS. You should contact your immigration bureau and ask them. If you do anything out of line it could jeopardize her probability. Good luck to you and please don't do anything illegal...
truly if you married her and bought her over, she'd have a green card almost in half a shake and then (because of the marriage) she's eligible for apply for citizenship after holding the GC (non-conditional) for THREE years. Not ten.
