The income gap. The only way to move people away from social entitlement programs is to make it easier for them to acquire wealth. America is a consumer based economy and we must create more mainstreamed consumers. Social programs need to be reconfigured to allow the working poor to move up the economic chain. Education is the only answer. It's ridiculous that any American has to pay for college.
