About UK work permit VISA: Can I apply permenet resident if my company send me to work in USA.?

I am holding 5 years Work Permit VISA from 2007 to 2012. While my company will sent to their USA office with L1 or E1 visa. So if I work both in UK and USA in the coming years, could I apply UK permenet resident after years?

Just like here in the USA you will have to get your company to prove that you are a valuable employee in the UK and need to keep you there. If not they will need to reapply every anniversary year to keep you in that country rather it be the UK or USA. After a consecutive term and proof from your country then you can apply for a residency. Good luck.
