5 years is all a human life span is worth in Oregon. That's a shame.

In a similiar crime a man be sentenced to life surrounded by prison in Arizona for equal crime. The issue here isn't legal or private although if the illegals involved hadn't been here the victims would still be alive, but that's purely logic that some people don't grasp for some grounds.
Same crime...2 different states. 1 Perp gets 5 years...1 get life (which I perceive is the appropriate sentence).
We need balance among the states as far as sentencing guidelines.

I agree beside the other posters. People are just looking for reason to hate on illegals and mexicans within general by spouting sour about other crimes they commit similar to rape and driving drunk, etc..They aren't committing anywhere near the crimes that our own citizens are committing but we are singling them out because they are from south of the border. It's getting frail and it's just plain loathsome and discriminatory.
