A murderer is a murderer. The fact that he is an illegal immigrant makes it worse. Amnesty is something that someone is rewarded. I'm all for amnesty. When you kill someone you don't deserve anything. He shouldn't even be allowed to breath anymore. Now if he is sparred from the death penalty we have to pay for him to stay locked up. It's doesn't matter what your color or your race is. It doesn't even matter if your legal or illegal. You kill a kid then you deserve to die. Our country should go third world on all murderers.
