No bills were passed, no legislation signed into law by the president and the issue will soon disappear so the incumbants can run with out the challengers making a big deal about it. That way they can try again, after the next election to make the 12 million criminals here in our country legal residents with the right to vote, use welfare, get social security, have a free education and on and on and on.

They did not pass the bills that were voted on. The public really let them know they were not happy with amnesty. I suspect nothing will be done until there is a new president. The government isn't enforcing the laws and seems to be aiding the illegals. I think there is more to this than any of us know. I have never felt this way about our government before. Things are pretty much out of the control of the people or so it seems.
