I want to know how i can get a copy of the affidavit of support my husband signet for me. we are in divorce and he doesnt want to give me one copy. All he want is to "wash his hands" and don't assume his responsibilities that he brought me in this country and now i don't have any help. I have medical problems, i don't work, i dont have any money and no place to live. Thank you

Your local immigration office should have it on file. btw if you came into the country after Jan 1997, the affidavit of support is binding as long as you're in the US not 5 years.
