Well I am guessing you like the US, so just move here. Move near a family member, but first find a home you can afford and a job you can work at, because it will be better then spending a few thousand every few months to come back and forth. You can find out from your country's State Department. As long as you have a Valid Passport, I think you can come and go as you see fit. But please if you plan on coming here to live immigrate legally

There is no set rule. If the immigration agent at the port of entry thinks you are actually trying to live in the United States, and are not a bonafide visitor, your entry will be denied and you'll be sent back.
