I petitioned my wife and my daughter a couple of months ago in Manila. They got 221g. I sent them all the documents needed. The consular officer said that I was refused for an H1 Visa 7 years ago. Then last year there was a company who petitioned me again, luckily I got a visa. Is there any chance of them be granted a visa? i want to be with my family even for a short time. Can I send a letter in the consular office in manila? Coz I want to know the status of their application and if they really gonna call my wife for re-interview... Please help..
Answers:Can I get a visa for the US to got to uni and do part time jobs for 4 years?
Basically its your employer who should do the legwork in bringing in your spouse and child. They could file for a dependent visa for your family. You could contact the Consul General in Manila in order to straighten things out. FYI, most nurses can readily bring in their families to the U.S. once they are granted working (H1) visas.
Goodluck and could you email me personally cuz I have a question for you too.
