AT what age can a born citizen sponser there parents?

Basic economics. Money that leaves the US benefits Mexico and drains the US. The illegal situation negatively effects the US in other ways too. Based on Census Bureau data, this study finds that, when all taxes paid (direct and indirect) and all costs are considered, illegal households created a net fiscal deficit at the federal level of more than $10 billion in 2002. We also estimate that, if there was an amnesty for illegal aliens, the net fiscal deficit would grow to nearly $29 billion.

Should illegal immigrants receive the same health coverage as American citizens?

well, not positively... free market economies generally work in a cyclical way... firms (companies) pay employees for the work they do and then employees pay firms for goods and services... firms then use the revenue from the selling of goods and services to reinvest in capital and thus grow the company allowing them to hire more workers... when wages earned by employees are sent outside the economy (and/or country) instead of being reinvested in the economy the economy effectively "looses" the benefit of that money being used within the economy...

However, as with everything in economics, there is a multitude of other variables that must be considered to get a true idea of what effect this is having on the economy as a whole...

Is the USA becoming the great divider by segregating Spanish speaking students from English speaking?

Most of the time that money is made and sent to mexico by illegals. which is probably made under the table, so no taxes are being paid from it. so that puts more of a strain on the government assistance like social security, welfare, medicaid etc. and instead of the money circulating in the US it is sent to mexico never to be seen again.

I am a canadian living in germany a couple of german friends want to immigrate to canada any advice?

There are billions of dollars that are unaccounted for in the US economy. Who knows? One reason could be $$$ are stashed as drug or trafficking money, another could be illegally smuggled across borders, but I think that money sent to Mexico legally may help the US economy by making our neighbors richer--- which allows them in turn to buy more U.S. goods, for one. Besides, its better to have a self sufficient neighbor than one who is always knocking on the door for a cup of sugar.

How common is it for town/county/state/federal agencies to use illegal workers for all the maintainance?

Let's see:
1) The illegal works for wages and sends his pay back to Mexico.
2) The illegal then has no money and has the U.S. taxpayer pay for his housing, medical care, food stamps, and free education.
3) They put a strain on our system because many times they work for cash and pay no taxes.
4) They fill our hospitals with pregnant women pooping out that border baby.
5) They fill our schools with their kids and taxpayers have to pay bilingual teachers and accommodate these students.
