Is it a step in the right direction? Of course. Illegal is illegal. Arrest is warranted. This is the 2nd time she's been caught and she needs to be deported.
I fear , however, that this isn't the end of it. But we shall see.

I feel bad for her, but its for a cause. Get more publicity out for her cause.

It was time they arrested her, but if they send her back, only time will tell, so lets wait before think we have a victory for our laws being enforced. Knowing La raza and ACLU, they might just get her a stay
