I`m against because of the illegal criminals and the awful crimes that are happening. The legals are okay who really want to be here and care about America. I just don`t feel like getting my house broken into by an illegal criminal who is drunk and feels like raping me and killing me for kicks.
Against it, but I'm for no new laws, just enforce the ones in the book already. We might need more border patrol personal and some new technology would be helpful, maybe a few guest workers, but not to fond of it. Keep legal immigration the way it is. No need to stop all immigration just illegal.
As I am a South African,is it possible for me to work in UK? If yes than what do i have to provide?
i have conflicting views. i see how illegal immigration can be a problem, but at the same time if it wasnt for illegal immigration, i wouldn't be here (i'm American born). i think illegal immigration isnt all that bad cuz most people who come here actually work and create a better life for their children. But whatever, i have strong emotions tied to this issue.

I am not against immigration. I am, however against the illegals that are here. Most of us that are here are from immigrants, unless of course you are 100% American Indian. That is a loaded question. You surely man immigration, not illegal immigration. Most people that I know, that are here legally resent the illegals. I should be able to take my son the the ER for an XRay without paying 10k for it. The citizens suck up the cost for the illegals in so many ways it is insane.

You better fight to keep rules or, at some point, you will want to live somewhere else.
I am against it. There is very little we can do to fight big business and the government. I think the problem is right here and it has very little to do with immigration. It has money all over it and the real problem is the people that hire them. They are making a bundle and at the expense of the people here and ready to make a fair living. They are leveraging to keep the cost of making money down and the price for exploiting immigrants is more money. There is no price for the employer.

I don't think Americans are for illegal immigration; just on the methods used to curb it, and what to do with the illegal immigrants in this country.
Deporting every one of them is very costly; they would demand Due Process, necessitating building new courthouses, appointing more judges and hiring more prosecutors; as well as more immigration officials and Border Patrol agents.
An "Amnesty Program" would allow the government to fingerprint them and get their full information on the data banks; then release them. If there are any problems, they are documented and easily found.
Can we alter the process like this?
i am pro-reform. that's not pro-illegal. I think we all know what they did is illegal. I'm not for what they did, i don't blame them either, and there is nothing else we can do but to secure our borders, and mass deportation is not going to happen, ever. we can't forget that, these people are here to stay, and they can't remain illegal.

I'm all for illegals, except the criminals and gang bangers. The guys are such hard workers and many of them have kids and American spouses here. Some of them don't even remember their native country. And I think if they want to stay, they should be allowed to stay without fear of deportation.
Do they check for valid visa at the departure for an international travel?
I am not against illegal immigration because I sympathize with their reasons for wanting to better their lives, but I do wish they did things legally. It seems that illegal immigrants have less of a chance for becoming educated and will accept cheaper wages. This takes jobs away from legal citizens who have the same skills but are legal and know then deserve more money than what the employers pay illegals.
