it seems to me us gove. thinks he is going to stay here. get a good immigration lawyer. the only way to fight the powers that be is with $$$$$$$$$$. if not, i dont know what else to tell you. once immigration makes up their mind it is pretty difficult to change it unless lawwyers and $$$$$$ are involved. I dont mean anything illegal either.Is there a fiance visa according to the Taiwan government?
