Uh, no. If you enter this country without legal permission or remain in this country longer then you are allowed, then you are illegal. Being Hispanic has nothing to do with it.
I definately don't believe it, as a matter of fact my baby sitter is from MEXICO and she isn't an illegal, she became a citizen the hard way and for that I have a ton of respect for her. As for the fence jumpers I do not, no matter how "justified" they think they are.and not just hispanics but anyone who is in this country illegally. I don't automatically believe if you are hispanic you are illegal, that is stereotyping.
