Ummm, yea, they are natives to the land. Really they are indigenous people of Mexico before the mixture of Spanish blood with indigenous which is what a Mexican is. This isnt true for all native americans but is true for most of them, this can be proven through their languages as well as culture.

What ever country someone is born in, that person is a native of that country. Actually, our "AMERICAN INDIANS/NATIVE AMERICANS" came from ASIA originally. "Native" Americans as defined by today's cultural paradigms are no more "native" to the North American continent than the subsequent European settlers that arrived. They simply got here earlier. They are immigrants, just like the rest of us.
