I am British, can i legally work in Palestine/Israel?
Guess they have to go with Mom and Dad!the best opportunity for the kids lies in america. however, every child needs to grow with the family.
maybe the parents could become legal. citizenized kids should help get them approved.
Do you support H.R. 2182 to protect American children?

If /I/ have two kids and am about to be deported, or if I somehow had to make the arbitrary decision as to where the children would go?
If the former, I would be delighted and thankful to have children at all and I would take them home with me. If the latter, I would leave the choice to the parents: take your children home with you, or abandon them to become wards of the state.
Switching from HSMP to Work Permits in the UK?
Take them with me unless I had close family here.
I am looking to immigrate to the UK from the US. What happens to my personal loans and finances?
This is a crying shame as you struggle all over the world, but America is the easiest place to do it... and overcome it with a reasonable cost of living, high standard of living, and many opportunities if you work hard.
The children would retain their citizenship regardless of travelling/moving with the parents back to the home country, so it can still be the children's choice later in life. Unfortunately, if the children stay here without other family, who knows what happens in foster care as wards of the State. The government has then "won" by breaking up the family. It is probably best for the children to stay with the family and make the choice to return to the US later. The parents will NEVER be able to set foot on US soil. Once the deportation process has begun, it's quite final.
ps/ Like the other poster, I am surprised that both parents are being deported after 15+ years in the country. They must be surely be naturalized by now... so they must have done something illegal to be penalized by the law (i.e., requiring a jail-time requirement).
Who's right and who 's wrong pls details attached?
What I would do: Take them with me. Children under the age of 18 belong with their parents. I gave birth to them, it is 100% my responsibility to care for them. It is not the responsibility of anyone else.
Of course, I wouldn't be in this situation to begin with. I'd never be an illegal alien.
Who else is tired of hearing of illegal immigration?
Have the kids go with the parents.
Who Doesn't Want Immigration Laws Enforced?
I would do everything in my power to avoid deportation.
If the children of 12 and 15 are citizens I would assume the parents have been here for that long and have built themselves a home and have been contributing to society.
It seems reasonable that there be some legal way of avoiding deportation.
