A few questions about k-1 visa petition?
Original statements are requested from both my fiance and i stating we want to get married..is this in handwriting or computerized?
also ive encountered requests for a#: or alien number (in the petition forms) is this the same as the Alien Certificate of registration number (ACR#:)? because that's what i have for staying in the philippines with a 13G status. (immigrant)

Can a illegal.. marry a American citizen?
I've been through all of this... though it's been about 4 1/2 years since I've gone through it.Yes, the forms are very vague and confusing... If I recall correctly they don't care if you've known your fiance for 2 years. What they care about is that you've met your fiance in the last 2 years (basically this is to avoid arranged marriages and other abuses). It's always better to send more than the minimum... Pictures of you 2 together, plane tickets, love letters, anything that makes it clearly obvious you've physically met each other and have a real relationship.
I'm a little fuzzy on the alien registration numbers. I know when your fiance enters the US she'll have a I-94 (I think that's the number) form stapled in her passport with the A number. You'll probably get it in some of the paperwork back from the government.
Hang in there. It can be a rough ride. If money isn't really tight, I would suggest going to an immigration lawyer. They will probably charge in the thousands but that's going to take you probably past the level of a green card.
p.s. One more piece of advice. If you ever have an appointment with an immigration office, NEVER ask for a postponement. They might make you wait another year at least for another appointment.
p.s.s. You'll want to look into "Advance Parole" if your wife wants to visit her home country after you get married.
p.s.s. Search the internet for others experience. Always bring plenty of copies and extras of everything to the immigration offices... I even had an immigration office's web page say bring 2 photos but other people on the net warned me they would ask for 3 (they did ask for 3!).
hang in there...
Statements can be computer printed, but require your signatures
Evidences can include
Phone records showing she called you or you called her
Money transfer records showing you've sent her money
Letters
Package mailing labels
emails
IM archives
Photos ... especially ones showing the two of you together. This one is almost required.
Anything else you may be able to come up with that can be used to show someone that you two know each other and have a relationship
What you are proving is that you have a valid relationship and honestly intend to stay married and that within the 2yrs before the filing that the 2 of you have met in person. For many this meeting requirement has been 5 days in PI because their employer will only allow them a week off. Sounds like you've really been lucky in that you are living in PI and have spent these years with your fiance :)
A# or Alien Number is on a US Visa. It is prefixed by the letter A. Yes it is the US equivalent of the ACR#, but if fiance has not had a US visa enter N/A for A# or blank if form instructions say to leave it blank
You will also need to establish a Domicile in US. This is an absolute condition for fiance or spousal visa. This means that you have a permanent home in US Territory that is your regular residence. Since you have a 13g visa I'm assuming that you have been living in PI for awhile. You can file, but by the time you file the I-485 you will need to be able to show you have a US Domicile. It is the I-864 that is the basis for this requirement. You should be able to show US Domicile by the time of Embassy interview to make sure there are no problems.
Some have used a relative's address as their home in US, but be prepared to provide proof that you are intending to return to US permanently (or at least for more than a stop for the wedding :P )
