I think the UK.
There's growing gun/knife crime, terrorism, youthful pregnancy etc.
Its scary to assume that's the next social group.. what will the world become?!
I really cant speak to the UK's situation, but as to the US, it appears that we (the US) are clearly past the see of the life cycle of this nation. I suppose that things like greed, lust for power, corruption. on and on... are the operative forces at work. None the smaller amount this isn't going to be an easy ride.
As to weather... climatologists enjoy said that weather on earth over the end few centuries has be more mild and settled than is typical for this planet and that we may expect a swing back toward what is more usual. So no, it appears as far as weather is concerned, a bit more wild is...powerfully this is normal.
