If your government enacts a body to give help to foregin migrants integrate into society how far do they go?

before they place the people who are born there at a distinct disadvantage.I dont think I am racist just fearful for my childrens opportunities in their future.If they have gone to far then how do we send them a message to stop and see what they have done.
