1. I recently got my green card, if I married a citizen next year, when can I apply the citizenship?

2. Once I applied the citizenship, how long does the process take for me to get it?
3. Once I have the citizenship, can I immediately bring my family member, such as Mom, Grandma, or my Brother? And how long does it take for them to be able to come over?

Answers:

Italy for 3 months?

1. You have to wait 2 years married, since you probably got a conditional residency, after that you have to wait another 3 years to apply for US citizeship.

2. If you do your paper work via a lawyer, it is much easier and quicker, it will take about 6 months or the whole process.

3. You can bring the as soon as you apply for it, the give you a conditional permit and you can do their paper work living here

Whats an easiest way to migrate to europe, australia or uk?

I think you need to have a Green Card for five years before you can apply for citizenship.

Solution to world problems? Do you like?

If you recently got your green card you can apply for citizenship after you've been a legal citizen for 5 years starting the date on your green card.

If you marry a US citizen you can apply for citizenship after being a legal resident and married to the same US citizen for 3 years.

Whatever comes first.

After becoming a citizen you can file for your mother and your brother. NOT your grandmother, sorry.

It will take quite a long time, it's probably the slowest process of all.
.

How much longer till Americans take matters in there own hands.?

As a Resident Alien not married to a US Citizen you can naturalize after 5 years.
As a Resident Alien married to a US Citizen you can naturalize after 3 years. (Residence, not necessarily marriage :) )

The 3 or 5 years is counted from the date of your first green card or the end of the last absence that broke your residence status.

You need to have been in the country for half of the required time (18 months for 3yr & 30 months for 5yr) Any trips outside of US during this period must have been for less than 6 months or if you filed an I-131 you could stay out for up to 1 year without losing your claim to residence.
When you file the following two conditions must also be true
It is 90 days or more since you last reentered US
You have resided at your current address for at least 90 days

Resident Alien can petition for spouse and children
Citizen can petition parents, siblings, spouse & children but not grandparents, uncles or aunts.

Time to wait for Priority Date varies by country and category. To see Priority Dates check the current Visa Bulletin: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bullet...

To save you the trouble of working out what's what, the Visa types you are looking for are in the Family chart
Citizen's Mom & Dad are IR-1 These are immediate with no wait for visa number
Citizen's Brother or Sister are F-4 General Priority Date is 01 Nov 96, If from India, China, Philippines or Mexico there are other Priority Dates shown

Priority Date means that any petition filed on or before that date has a visa number available and is being processed. All petitions filed after that date are waiting until their Priority Date becomes current and will not be processed until that time.

Due to the Priority Dates for the various visa types I would advise you to petition your parents & siblings immediately after you get your naturalization papers & have your parents file for their other children as F2A & F2B "children of Resident Aliens". If they are still pending when your parents naturalize, then they can upgrade to F1 for the unmarried children and petition for the married ones as F3. This upgrade is automatic when USCIS is notified that the petitioners have naturalized & have petitions pending.

If they have an F2 petition pending and the F1/F3 class takes longer, then the applicant (child the visa is for) can request that their petition remain F2 when their petitioner naturalizes.
