Thesis: The new policy of Canadian immigration can be both beneficial and harmful towards new immigrants.
Topic Sentence 1: New immigrants who don’t have a “unique” skill are going to avoid settling in Canada.

TS 2: Skilled immigrants will affect negatively to Canadian workers.

3TS: Bringing expert immigrants is significant to Canadian immigration because
a)Canada needs high skilled workers, why would we want to let know nothings in, if you let low skilled people in they will end up on welfare and drain the state
b)Boost the economy of Canada
c)Are unlikely to form slums of immigrants and contribute to violent crime or black market of Canada
