hello. a friend of mine has adopted a child and now he is legaly hers and his under both their names as parents. the father wants to bring the kid to the U.S. How should he file a Petition? would filing be the same procedure as filing for wife Petition? He is an American married to a Filipina. And the kid is also Filipino. Whats forms should he file for? Thanks

If the child is the legal child of the Filipino parent then a Follow On petition is needed. The Filipino spouse is the "Primary Applicant" for this purpose.
