Anyone can use those machines to send money anywhere.You would think that the Government would try to crack down on those machines, which could be sending money to someone overseas who then forwards the money to terrorist groups.

I'm sure there are copies of any transactions done on any machines. There's no need to become totally paranoid, is there?
