!HELP: Can I leave France after my first entry with a French working visa?
I am getting a french working visa, and they will issue a three month and single entry to me. Then I will go to France, have the health check, etc, then I will get a resident card in France. I heard that the process to get a resident card will need about 2-3 months, but I plan to go to Egypt for vacation in begining of Oct. Will I have the problem to enter into France after my Egypt vacation? How can I do? Can I leave france to Eygpt in Oct.? or I have to stay in France until I get the local resident card? Thanks for your help.

Yes, a man named Pedro Guzman was wrongfully deported back to Mexico. Now, how is that since he's American (born and raised)? But he was found, thankfully? "Hard-work" seems to be the mantra for illegal immigration. Are these people implying...?
...that the 60 to 70 hour weeks surgeons spend treating (illegal) patients are NOT hard work? Perhaps they should tell those doctors to go out and get a real job. Is the aerospace engineer loafing when s/he works till dawn correcting flaws in fuselage design? If so, illegals should only fly "Illegal Air", built to last with leaf-blowers using only the finest hand-mixed cement. It'd be a hoot to see all persons who've cut in line to come here forced to use ONLY cell phones THEY THEMSELVES designed, engineered and built. And as for lawns? No lawn-mowers or weed-eaters. Unless they can engineer them, process the steel, plastic, etc, shape it and assemble it. Working late at a restaurant? Hope you know how to re-invent the fluorescent light tube. And can you imagine what the tattoos on MS-13's would look like? Don't get mad at me. I never said physical work wasn't hard. It's the other sort that thinks all other work is for the "fat and lazy". RICHMOND -- Virginia Republicans announced legislation Wednesday that would prohibit public colleges and universities from accepting illegal immigrants even if they attended a public high school and were brought to the United States at an early age by their parents. "Illegitimate children" and Undocumented- in 2007.?
I have just read a few posts that are complaining about "illegitimate children". This really concerns me. I hope that what people mean is children who don't know their father, not, truly children whose mom & dad aren't married, but, live together. It is 2007, and, I would think that most people are concerned with a child having 2 parents (if possible), but, not with a piece of paper that can be stamped "void" and divorced at a moment's notice. My question is that: when you (if you do) write about "illegitimate children" do you mean absentee fathers as the issue, or, the lack of a piece of paper that says it is "official"?

I have heard that you should be employed for one or two years to get "in-state residency status" Is it true in all circumstances (any exception by law)? Or is there any state(s) where it is not a requirement?

Why not seal the border first? REAL criminals like rapist, drug lords, murderers, and thieves will be back in no time with that wimpy border security currently being enforced. Wouldn't it be more cost effective to seal the border and then not have to deal with the "new" illegals every year? (about 500,000 a year!) By deporting the so called criminals who work with fake SSN you're working backwards because the number coming is greater than the ones going out. . . .

Since the likes of sophiatx23, Mexicanbaby, Mexicantroll, etc..always posted in caps" MEXICO IS THE BEST, VIVA MEXICO, BETTER GET USED TO IT WE ARE TAKING OVER.." when people ask questions about the behaviors of illegal Mexicans in this country. so I went and did some research. what I found so far is that most of these illegals would rather be dragged under a car than be obeying any laws(especially immigration and traffic laws), and if anyone voice their discontent, these people would run to their fariy godmothers of ACLU, La Raza, League of Mexican something something and accuse everyone else of being racist, oppresive, .etc and they would whip out their unbelievable mastery of making the most jaw-dropping excuses for their not obeying the laws and why they deserve to be above the laws. While most legal immigrants from other countries just obey the laws and advance themselves as much as they can. I guess Mexico is the best, after all
